Required DegreeJD or PhD in a related field.  Required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: A successful applicant will have demonstrated skills with legal research and writing.  A successful application will also have an outstanding academic background and a commitment to producing influential and enduring scholarship.

Duties/Expectations:

 The J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University is seeking applicants for a one-year research fellow position.  The Research Fellow will work closely with faculty on research projects, participate in research and writing articles and books.  There is no teaching assignment.  Applicants may use this position as preparation for an advanced law degree or additional graduate work in law or related fields.  It is expected that the Research Fellow will work with at least two BYU Law School faculty members who are conducting research writing project to the Research Fellow’s area of intent.
