If you love seeing a brilliant idea come to life and know what it takes to get there, you might be a great candidate for our Director of Creative Innovation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your creative talent and leadership experience to help propagate the timeless truths of Scripture to as many people as possible.
 
As the leader of our in-house creative talent, you value collaboration and have experience as an effective communicator and motivator. You will commit to stewarding Ligonier’s brand with faithfulness. Your efforts will help us continue building a world-class team of creatives that will push Ligonier forward using new mediums to reach new audiences.
 
In this role, you will oversee
  • Creative Leadership— Provide direction and ensure biblical faithfulness in all creative endeavors; maintain standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and effectiveness.
  • Creative Talent Management — Lead, develop, and mentor in-house creative talent; cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Innovative Strategy Development — Recommend strategies and opportunities for creative innovation; advise on new audiences and channels for growth opportunities.
  • Product Development — Work with organizational stakeholders to develop new product opportunities, seeking the necessary approvals to proceed with execution.
Qualifications:
  • Agree to follow Ligonier’s core values as laid out in the Employee Handbook and Standards of Conduct
  • 5+ years of experience leading and directing creative endeavors
  • Demonstrated strong aesthetic judgment
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering innovative solutions and products
  • A professional and resourceful style; the ability to work independently and as a team player, to take initiative, and to manage multiple tasks, projects, and people at a time
  • High energy and passion for Ligonier’s mission is essential
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Meet the attendance requirements of the position
  • Travel 15-20%
This position is for a non-profit Christian organization located in Sanford, FL. This is not a remote position. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
