· Work closely with Teachers to understand processes and procedures that lead to students’ comprehension and contributing member to the camp
· Maintain regular office hours and be available to provide help for students
· Provide each student with assistance to projects, timely feedback, and maintaining proper handling of class equipment and other material as needed for program success.
· Assist in maintaining a safe and mutually respectful instructional environment.
· Exhibit critical thinking skills by anticipating problems and developing potential solutions for program.
· Participate in the use of instructional technology including the use of computers and multimedia in lectures.
· Maintain student attendance records.
· Create a learning, fun and interactive environment to enhance students retention.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience with managing diverse group of students
Experience with computer generated programs
Interested in mentoring students
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College. Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities.
Experience with computer generated programs
