Job Description

The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing uncompromised service and administrative support to our internal and external customers. This position will be responsible for daily follow-up with customers and account management. Customer Care Specialist may have to travel for special projects to other branches (travel is typically less than 10%)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Outgoing calls to customers to schedule annual maintenance and offer service plans
• Calendar management of service department
• Responsible for 4-5 technicians-checking payroll, checking appointment results, handling scheduling requests
• Scheduling projects and making follow-up calls to customers after installs by techs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Positive “can do” attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work various schedules including evenings, nights, and weekend hours.
