Full Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Word-processes correspondence, policies and procedures, proposals, meeting agenda’s, minutes and other documents for the CEO or CMO.
  • Maintains filing systems and records.
  • Schedules and supports staff and executive meetings.
  • Arranges for, coordinates, tracks and follows-up on facility vendors.
  • Assists in gathering and analyzing data for financial or quality reporting.
  • Visits and distributes information to community agencies.
  • Complies with center’s policies and procedures.
  • Participates in meetings.
  • Assist in ordering supplies
  • Assists in overseeing other clerical staff and their schedules
  • Maintains personnel files
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Technically proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficient with website and social networking.

Thorough knowledge of common office equipment (copier, fax, printer, scanner, etc.).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Discretion and confidentiality

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

General office/clinic conditions are pleasant; good, clean working conditions where accident and hazards are negligible; requires short periods of moderate lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to twenty pounds. Clear diction and acute hearing are necessary for effective communication with the staff and public.

Requirements:

Prefer candidate to hold an Associates Degree or Bachelors in Business

Non-profit organization experience is a plus.

Medical office experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wichita, KS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical office: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
