•To process outgoing University US Mail, determining the proper class and rate, applying the postage, operating the machinery required and maintaining records of postal charges.
•Sort mail within the University Mail Services and fill in on delivery routes as necessary.
•Process all incoming and outgoing domestic and international mail distributed through the US Post Service.
•Process mail for distribution through the interdepartmental mail system for campus-wide distribution.

High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in accounting work; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
