| Job Summary | The Department of English at the University of Utah seeks a postdoctoral scholar in British Studies broadly conceived, particularly those working in historical periods before 1914. Scholars whose research has a global and postcolonial emphasis are especially welcome. This two-year fellowship carries a 1/1 teaching load. Applicants must hold a doctorate in English or another appropriate discipline awarded in 2018 or later; the degree must be in hand by August 15th, 2023. Review of applications will begin March 15th and will continue until the position is filled. Please submit a C.V., and a writing sample.
