Job Summary | This is a two-year Postdoctoral position in the Department of Health Management and Policy (HMP). This postdoc would join a group of health services researchers in the department and do work primarily with Dr. Jayani Jayawardhana. Primary job responsibilities will include working with large secondary databases to conduct econometric analyses and prepare policy-relevant publications in the research areas of the mentor: Health Policy and Substance Use Research. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Knowledge of the US healthcare system, ability to use SAS, STATA and/or R to conduct statistical analyses of large, secondary databases. Excellent writing and speaking skills. We are especially interested in faculty who identify as an underrepresented minority and/or those with a teaching/research focus on health equity. |
