About Westchester Community College:
Westchester Community College was founded in 1946 as the New York State Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences in White Plains. In 1957, the County of Westchester bought the 360-acre John Hartford estate in Valhalla and designated 218 acres for the community college. Westchester Community College is more than just the county's largest educational institution. Westchester Community College seeks a non-credit Computer Programming Adjunct to teach HTML, CSS, JAVA script, and PHP programming. The course will enable students to learn the latest in front end web development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Coding for web design is preferred. The ability to teach SCRATCH is a plus.
POSITION EFFECTIVE: Fall 2019
HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $54.52 per hour. No benefits.
