Grant Funded ~ Fixed Term Postdoc Scholar position

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000. We are looking for a Postdoctoral Scholar Research Associate who can analyze in-house generated sequencing datasets and integrate multi-omic datasets. These duties will include: * Installing and maintaining existing open-source software * Building computational infrastructure and systems to support the software * Writing novel scripts to analyze sequencing and array datasets * Preparing presentations and publishing scientific manuscripts under the direction of the Principal Investigator and collaborators * Responsible for teaching and interacting with other lab members as one team Preferred Qualifications: * Possess a PhD or DPhil in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Data Science in a relevant field. * Background and work knowledge in scientific computing, algorithms, machine learning and statistics. * Familiarity with R or Python, bash, perl, java, and the Unix (Linux) environment. * Experience in analyzing and annotating large omics data sets.
