Job Description

NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Experiential Education in the Office of Student Engagement. The Director will strategically develop, implement, and evaluate experiential learning initiatives across Stern with a particular focus on securing student-driven projects with SMEs, financial institutions, and blue-chip companies. The Director will support Stern's experiential courses by building external business relationships and scoping projects for the classes. They will monitor and evaluate industry trends and create a business development strategy to ensure client projects are applicable to classroom content. The Director will also partner with the leadership to implement a series of initiatives relating to the School's goal of having deep connections with industry worldwide that yield a transformational educational experience for our students.

Qualifications:
The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years relevant in corporate relations, business development, marketing, recruiting, HR or executive search or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent planning, networking, relationship management, and verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to develop and launch new partnerships for educational initiatives along with an ability to work effectively with faculty, students, administrators, and corporate and community leaders is also essential.

Additional Information:
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $120,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
