This position is year round, in person, on the Durham, NH campus and will serve as the primary contact for the Health Sciences Simulation Center, coordinating inbound communication, receiving visitors, deliveries, and work crews.

- High school graduation. Five years of office experience or five years of specialized training or higher education or any combination of experience and higher education equal to five years. Knowledge of office practices, procedures and use of electronic equipment as required by department.
- Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
- Strong organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with people from a wide variety of backgrounds on a daily basis is essential.
- Technical skills required include familiarity with MS Office (especially Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe, and equipment such as scanners, copiers, projectors, etc.
- This position includes ability to walk, stand, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, operate standard office equipment. Must be able to walk across campus on a regular basis in all weather conditions to collect prospective students for tours, etc.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with UNH systems such as BANNER, WEBI, Xtender, or equivalents, and web content management tools.
