As a staff member at LLCC, you can look forward to 22 paid holidays a year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 15 vacation days per year. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • One year of work experience in education.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
  • Ability to collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and solve problems.
  • Detail orientation, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and good time management skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work until 6pm at least one night a week; evening and weekend hours are common during peak times of the year.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug-screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education, College Student Personnel or related field.
  • Experience in a community college setting.

Position Salary

Placement within the salary grade of this position will be determined by the education and experience of the candidate and will likely be between $46,966 and $54,113.
