Job Description Summary:
The Post-Doctoral Fellow will be working in Pharmacology, Toxicology and Therapeutics’ laboratory which currently perform studies on mouse in vivo drug treatment and chronic alcohol diet feeding. This person will perform various research duties including tissue harvesting, RT-PCR, confocal imaging, protein analysis and molecular cloning, A strong background in molecular biology is required.
Job Description:

Mouse in vivo drug treatment and chronic alcohol diet feeding, Tissue harvesting, RT-PCR, confocal imaging, protein analysis and molecular cloning, A strong background in molecular biology is required.

Collect data for publications and write articles for submission to journals.

Analysis of data and planning future experiments.

Immaculate and organized record keeping of data from research.

Other duties as assigned.

** Required Qualifications **
Must have a PhD degree and previous experience on molecular cell biology and animal experiments and have previous publications on autophagy.
Highly motivated, analytical with demonstrated good lab expertise.
Ability to conduct research independently and with a team

** Preferred Qualifications **
Experience in molecular cloning, protein biochemistry, microscopy and knowledge on autophagy.
