Position Summary | This position will be used to fill two part-time (a maximum of 20 hours per week) Student Technical Assistant positions for the Horticulture Department at Oregon State University (OSU). The position will assist with research in the Economic Entomology Program. The position will consist of research and extension. Execution will be conducted in coordination with Vaughn Walton and Postdoctoral Scientists. |
Position Duties | 60% Trial execution 40% Insect colony and laboratory maintenance The employee will operate motor vehicle to research sites. Possible exposure to chemicals in laboratory and field. |
