The purpose of this class is to provide academic support to first generation low-income students in their progress towards an Associate’s Degree.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
- Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, in Education, Administration, or Psychology. One (1) year of full-time experience or two (2) years of part-time experience in Counseling, Student Personnel Administration, or related work experience with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
