Wytheville Community College is looking to hire a Talent Search Grant Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This position will support the TRIO Talent Search Project Director with the following main areas of support-office, financial, and participant file management.
The successful candidate for this position will also provide general clerical support and answer inquiries from Talent Search participants and their parents, our service area community, and college staff.
Assist with the project recordkeeping procedures to ensure accurate and efficient systems are in place and being adhered to.
Assist the Project Director in preparing and maintaining official participant files that include eligibility documents, student assessments, and services documents.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in office management, computer systems, or other related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of two years in office and database management;
Knowledgeable with current computer programs; and
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
