The Director provides oversight of the daily operations of the Express Enrollment Center. In collaboration with the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Service and Student Success, supervises and maintains the Express Enrollment Center policies and procedures at the campus.

• Provide oversite of the daily operations of Express Enrollment Center.
• Supervise Student Services Professionals and customer service activities.
• Cultivate a team-based atmosphere with the goal of providing high quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
• Provide ongoing training for all Express Enrollment Center staff.
• Attend and participate in statewide Express Enrollment Center meetings.
• Coordinate all communications, interactions, and problem solving involving Express Enrollment Center.
• Engage with functional staff to ensure open lines of communication.
• Prepare reports as requested. Assist in budget preparation and control as required.
• Maintain proper internal controls and ensuring compliance with College policies and procedures in Express Enrollment Center.
• Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Other duties logically associated with this position may be assigned.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Two years of experience required in at least one of the four major service areas (Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Business Support).
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and ability to keep business information confidential.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our students and employees and which every individual feels respected and valued.

• Master's degree.
• Three - five years supervisory experience.

• $50,000-60,000 based on experience
