Customer Service Support Specialist, Adult Education

Position Description

The Customer Service Support Specialist provides support to students and instructors for the department of Adult Education

This part-time, non-benefited position will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Answer phones.
  • Greet and direct all incoming students to classes
  • Take registrations for program enrollment over the phone
  • Schedule in person and remote student testing utilizing Microsoft Outlook
  • Update and organize student digital records.
  • Provide first tier technical support for Instructors and students.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay will be $20.00 per hour. There is one morning position available with a work schedule of Monday through Thursday 9AM to 2PM and one evening position available with a work schedule of 4PM-8:30PM.

Position Requirements

Requirements include the following:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year relevant work experience
  • Computer competency, particularly in Microsoft Office products
