Serve as point-of-contact for Midland College alumni by responding to and creating emails, creating reports and memos, coordinating alumni fundraising events, communicating orally and in writing with MC students, staff, and alumni, and coordinating and maintaining alumni/scholarship files

Essential Functions
Create written communications for alumni and scholarships activities
Coordinate alumni fundraising activities
Serve as point-of-contact for Midland College alumni
Coordinate and maintain current alumni and scholarship donor lists and files
Assist with the organization and coordination of alumni events, Davidson Distinguished Lecture Series events, and Phyllis and Bob Cowan Performing Arts Series events
Maintain sensitivity to confidential matters that may arise when communicating with alumni and students
Requires occasional weekend and evening hours
Other duties as assigned
