Walker Methodist is a non-profit, Minnesota-owned provider of senior living and health care communities. Services include skilled nursing care, post-acute care, memory loss care, adult day program, assisted living, housing with services, short-term rehabilitation, and the Walker Methodist Foundation. Walker Methodist has been serving seniors and their communities since 1945.
Walker Methodist seeks an experienced Float Executive Director of Housing that would float amongst our MN communities as the need arises. We are seeking a strong leader to work alongside our communities to help ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents and team members.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare administration, human services or business administration
• Five years leadership in healthcare delivery management in a senior care community environment
• Management skills required to successfully coordinate and oversee the community, its services, staff and priorities
• Demonstrate knowledge in the field of gerontology and related issues and apply that knowledge with appropriate sensitivity to Walker Methodist customers
• Strong commitment to and understanding of how to build a strong employee culture focused on excellent care, new learning initiatives and diversity
• Strong leadership in operations, sales and marketing, business development and the integration of community health services
• Proven ability to cultivate professional, strategic and tactical relationships with internal and external customers
• Working knowledge of state rules, regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to lead the team in Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
