Basic Function | Under the direction of the Director of Counseling and Psychological Services and in accordance with standardized procedures, the Post-doctoral Resident is responsible for performing short-term individual, group, and relationship therapy, psychological assessments, consultation, outreach, psycho-educational workshops, clinical supervision, training, and case management with clients with a diverse range of presenting concerns and mental health diagnoses. The position works in collaboration with other staff members and trainees, and performs after-hours emergency/crisis on-call responsibilities as needed. |

Minimum Qualifications | Any combination equivalent to: A Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, clinical psychology or related field and completion of a Pre-Doctoral Internship with at least one year experience of demonstrated skillful provision of clinical services to a college student population. |
Preferred Qualifications | Completion of a doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in counseling or clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program. Completion of a Pre-doctoral Internship at an APA-, APPIC-, or CAPIC-accredited training program. Demonstrated interest in and experience providing clinical supervision. Training and experience providing group psychotherapy. Training and experience providing outreach or other preventive services. Experience with Titanium software. |
