Hope Community Resources is a non-profit organization providing community supports to hundreds of individuals and families who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury and mental health challenges. We provide unique opportunities, create new living environments, and expand programs that fully encompass the needs of families. We’re looking for a Mental Health Counselor to design individualized services providing therapeutic interventions, informational and instructional activities, and skill development experiences that build upon identified strengths.

Recent masters graduates are encouraged to apply. We provide licensure supervision in house!

Mental Health Clinician Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health referrals, screenings and assessments.
  • Lead staff training on mental health consultation.
  • Develops positive behavioral support, treatment, and safety plans


  • Master’s degree in Social work, Psychology or related clinical field required.
  • Two years of experience working with individuals who experience developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, traumatic brain injury, or similar populations required. Experience working with children, adults and families preferred.
  • A professional license appropriate to field of specialization required, or the ability to obtain it within two years of employment.
