Personnel Administrator (Hybrid)
Nurs-Office of the Dean - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (23000215)
 

This position will be responsible for processing all personnel actions for faculty, postdoctoral scholar certificates, research/postdoctoral associates, and adjunct volunteer employees in the School of Nursing; maintaining personnel files & documents, processing all new and replacement faculty requests, appointing new postdoctoral scholar certificates and research/postdoctoral associates, managing onboarding of all such employees, and ensuring compliance of all such employees with necessary policies and standards. Individual will prepare associated materials for evaluation of above requested actions. This position will also coordinate advertising for above faculty positions, prepare associated materials for faculty tenure and promotion cases, and provide administrative support to the Faculty Search Committee. The position reports directly to the School’s Personnel Manager. Preferences given to candidates with university work experience and familiarity with Federal employment laws.

 

Bachelor's degree with two to three years of experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted per university guidelines.
