Class Description

The purpose of this position is to provide management, planning, direction and supervision for Information Technology Support Center Operations that includes call center, technology training, and project management.    

Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field.  Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.  

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required and five (5) years of experience in Information Technology.  Knowledge of ITIL service delivery and practices.  Must have demonstrated IT management and project management skills.  Must have experience with and knowledge of public procurement practices and policies and technical training program development.
