The Program Manager will proactively contribute to the mission of the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership (NDDCEL) as it informs, equips, and inspires ethical business leaders. This position will assist with all aspects of the delivery of the NDDCEL’s signature initiatives.
Responsibilities include supporting the Faculty Director via project management, including but not limited to helping to operationalize alliances with stakeholders including faculty, corporate partners, the University community, and the business practitioner community; coordinating events and programming; coordinating the activities of the NDDCEL student workers; and assisting with content creation and delivery and other engagement strategies.
The Program Manager interfaces with executive leadership including the Mendoza College of Business (MCOB) Office of the Deans, the Senior Director of Administration, and the NDDCEL Advisory Board.
Excellent communication, relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required. Reflecting the Center’s mission to engage stakeholders in business and academia around ethical leadership, the Program Manager will ensure NDDCEL content and activities are accessible, engaging, and relevant to business practitioners and other partners.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Degree in related areas and/or equivalent experience/training
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated success with program coordination, administrative operations, budgetary, human resources, and financial principles and practices
- Enthusiasm for the mission of growing ethical leadership in business through engagement with stakeholders
- Passion for working with a dynamic and diverse group of faculty, staff, and students
- Skills in organization and stakeholder engagement to effectively manage multiple priorities
