Ensure positive guest service in designated area and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety.

High School graduation or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in quality cooking or food preparation. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal direction. Ability to cooperate and positively interact with guests and staff. Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform assigned duties and responsibilities. Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.

Duty/Responsibility

With oversight from supervisors, managers and chef and with the assistance of student associates, prepare breakfast items to order. Items shall be prepared in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines per each guest request. Keep station stocked with utensils and food items needed for service as well as maintain cleanliness of cooking, service and surrounding area.

Duty/Responsibility

Assist in the training of all student associates working in the all day breakfast area. Maintain production/waste records and time/temperature and refrigeration logs for the scheduled shift. Take corrective action to rectify issues in accordance with safety and sanitation standards. Report equipment or other issues to supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
