Essential Job Duties

Job Responsibilities:
 - Schedule and organize RDMC staff’s on- and off-site meetings, teleconferences, appointments, team-building activities and gatherings
- Take minutes at meetings as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and arranging travel plans for RDMO staff.
- Provide support with correspondence, mail, faxes, and photocopying for RDMO staff.
- Provide support for purchasing, invoicing, and financial transactions through RASR and with the business services office.
- Courier to Central Offices, as needed.
- Prepare FedEx mailing labels and packages for shipping and track packages to destinations.
- Gather and maintain updated staff contact information, CVs and biosketches.- Maintain functionality of the RDMC workspaces, including organization (and replenishment) of materials needed for training, consulting, and research
- Manage incoming and outgoing delivery of mail; monitor changing Institute staff to create and update mailboxes as needed.
- Provide technical assistance related to electronic scheduling of resources (conference rooms, car/van, electronic equipment, etc.).
- Serve as primary public contact for information and schedules and assist with phone coverage for office as needed.
- Coordinate assignment and distribution of keys and after-hours access to the building (via One Card) through Davis Library staff.
- Provide support for RDMCs training and consulting activities, including organizing office luncheons.- Coordinate sub-contracts and renewals for RDMO
- Support invoicing and billing for RDMO projects
- Manage communications with Global Dataverse Community Consortium members
- Coordinate DataCite contract
- Manage DOI assignments and create/edit repository credentials for assignment of persistent identifiers

Monday-Friday, 20 hours week (flexible schedule but must be during 8-5)

Minimum Experience/Education

Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
