Perform installation, repairs and maintenance of plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems.

Knowledge and skill to operate commonly used plumbing and mechanical equipment, HVAC and tools; Operate air compressors, jack-hammers, backhoes, tractors, trenchers and other equipment. Perform excavation required for plumbing, mechanical and HVAC; Respond to emergency call-outs as needed; Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.

Maintain tools and keep equipment in clean working order; Maintain acceptable driving record to allow operation of college-owned motorized vehicles; Maintain an acceptable attendance record, be punctual and meet deadlines; Participate in training sessions and seminars;
