Senior Administrative Assistant

Summary of Position

The Senior Support Assistant provides general administrative support
including greeting/referring/assisting visitors, customers, staff, or others,
preparing documents and reports, compiling records, scheduling meetings,
organizing and maintaining information, coordinating calendars, analyzing
data including budgetary expenditures, and providing general office support.
This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of principles, practices, and
procedures for research administration.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree in field related to finance or business or 4 years of
experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 Years Experience
Advanced computer skills
Good oral and written communication skills.
Experience with financial information systems.
Organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Work experience in college/university environment.
