Job Summary
Oversee the functions of recruitment, admissions, registration, student records, and/or special programming for high school partnership/dual enrollment programs. Coordinate with school districts dual enrollment and high school/college readiness programs and set up information sessions. Responsible for implementing and evaluating the College Readiness Now (CRN) grant funded program and other high school college readiness programming and partnering with the Director of Admissions and Director of Workforce Development with support in recruitment activities.

Responsible for day-to-day management, enrollment, recruitment and retention of the college’s dual enrollment program, CRN and other high school college preparation partnership programming. Duties include recruitment and identification of prospective high schools, set up of dual enrollment and CRN agreements, work with faculty and academic departments on courses, monitoring school and student compliance with submission of course progress and grades. Provides support for schools and students in relation to student course enrollment changes, access to college resources, and address student needs.

Assess dual enrollment and CRN program set-up, operations, and yearly outcomes using communication management systems and data, analytics, and reporting.

Cultivate strong working relationships with high school guidance personnel in Morris County and in adjacent counties. Visit high schools and speak to groups of students and parents as representative of County College of Morris dual enrollment options and CRN.

Coordinate special on-campus and off campus dual enrollment events.
Coordinate, execute, and evaluate CRN summer bridge program.

Qualifications - Education
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

Qualifications - Experience
  • Three years of Higher Education experience in Student Personnel Services, Admissions, Dual Enrollment, college readiness, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse high school student populations and families.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a student information system, most particularly the Ellucian Colleague system, and the Lexmark Perceptive Content Imaging System to look up associated and unassociated student records.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
