Summary

This position will be responsible for assisting the coaching staff of a successful Division I Women’s Volleyball Program within all NCAA, Big Ten and University of Michigan rules and regulations.  The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all analytical information during training and matches, managing video playback and technology during training sessions, assisting in opponent scouting reports, and assisting in analytics with load management technology. In addition to analytic priorities, this position will also assist with the operation of the Michigan Volleyball Camp during the summer.

Responsibilities*

  • Manage all analytics for Michigan Volleyball, including training, competition, load management, player development.
  • Manage Michigan Volleyball technology needs during training, competition, and film sessions.
  • Assist with Opponent Scouting.
  • Assist with Michigan Volleyball Camp operations.
  • Travel with team  travel typically takes place during the season between August and December on about 50% of the weekends during that time.

Required Qualifications*

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with VolleyStation (preferred) and/or DataVolley.
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
