We are ranked as one of Computerworld 's Top Places to Work in IT 5 years running and we are seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite developer to help us provide technical and functional solutions and end-user support for our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) product primarily in the Oracle Projects module areas. As an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer: 

 

  • Your primary responsibility will be designing and developing technical solutions for application enhancements and bug-fixes for Oracle EBS Projects modules and custom extensions
  • You will perform unit, system and interface testing in support of our Oracle EBS product and corresponding system interface areas
  • You will develop technical and functional documentation such as requirements specifications, program designs, test plans and user guides
  • You will attend and participate in project and operational meetings as well as provide timely status updates as requested

Qualifications

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...

  • Have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field; or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Have 5 or more years of experience developing software solutions for Oracle EBS systems with strong skills and demonstrated experience in:
    • Developing technical and functional solutions in the Oracle EBS Projects product family
    • Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2
    • SQL and PL/SQL development, including code debugging
    • Oracle forms and Oracle HTML forms (OAF) including custom extensions
    • Oracle Workflow
    • Experience providing end-user support for Oracle EBS Applications
    • Strong collaboration, communication and teaming skills
  • Can demonstrate that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You'll go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you have experience in the following areas:

 

  • System interface design, development and testing
  • Performance Tuning (experience with SQL Trace and TKPROF)
  • Working knowledge of Java or other object oriented programming language
  • Previous experience working in the US government contracting space

 

Base pay will take into account the selected candidate’s knowledge, experience, skill and/or abilities with consideration for internal parity. APL may offer bonuses or other forms of compensation per internal policy and/or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be provided in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, locality allowance or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.  APL provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, educational assistance and training and development. Base pay range for this role: $90,000 - $200,000.
