Position Summary
Coordinator of Curriculum & Academic Operations coordinates with administrators, faculty, and staff for the implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of curriculum, class scheduling, and instructional publications and databases including the college catalog, ERP and curriculum workflow applications, and accreditation documents. This position performs complex and highly responsible technical skills requiring the use of initiative, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and independent judgement in the organization, coordination, and processing of work and information. This job requires strong communication skills, extensive software knowledge, and a thorough understanding of applicable state and federal regulations.

Associate Vice President of Academic AffairsEssential Functions and Responsibilities
· Coordinate the curriculum development and approval process through the Curriculum Development & Review Committee (CD&R)
· Coordinate the scheduling of classes with the academic divisions each term and serve as the technical resource in problem-solving when issues arise in the ERP’s curriculum component.
· Update and maintain the curriculum management component of the institution’s ERP application.
· Develop, implement, and maintain the workflow application software for curriculum development and approval
· Develop, implement, and produce the college catalog using the catalog software application in accordance with established policies, procedures, laws, and codes
· Maintain the official CD&R manual
· Complete all ICCB course and program change forms and/or online system submissions and coordinate their processing through ICCB process
· Maintain course and curriculum master files for all credit and Adult Education courses and programs. Process all additions, changes, and withdrawals.
· Develop and maintain ERP queries that support the academic divisions’ operational and reporting needs
· Maintain and track enrollment of courses and faculty load data and reports through the

· Provide support to the academic divisions in coordinating with the College’s Human Resources and Information Technology in ensuring that the Notice of Assignment to faculty are generated and distributed
· Coordinate with vendors and College Information Technology department as it relates to curriculum workflow application software and the ERP applications updates and issues
· Perform specialized administrative duties relating to fields of expertise as assigned; assist
academic affairs administrators with special projects; and assist academic divisions regarding scheduling and curriculum issues.

· Manage and maintain master syllabi and software
· Provide data and assistance with annual visit and ICCB recognition visit
· Plan, execute, and control specific projects as assigned by Academic Affairs leadership
· Provide support and participate in the College’s commitment to continuous improvement and accreditation regulations
· Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationship with others using interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy; take initiative and work independently with general supervision. to accomplish functions and responsibilities
· Serve on assigned college committees. Assume additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institutionOther Required Qualifications

· A minimum of two years related work experience
· Knowledge and ability to use multiple software programs and technologies, including Microsoft Office suite, Student Information Systems, and workflow management systems
· Must possess excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, communication, computer, and project management skills
