Non-Profit Program Director (Part-Time)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree + 5 Years Or Master’s degree with 3+ Years in a related field (e.g., public health, social work, harm reduction, non-profit management)
· Demonstrated experience in grant writing and fundraising
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
· Experience with budget management and financial tracking
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and respond to leads for potential program partnerships and collaborations
· Apply for grants to fund program initiatives
· Develop and implement strategies to grow the organization's social media presence
· Generate marketing materials to promote programs and services
· Price services and develop pricing strategies to increase revenue
· Collaborate with the team to plan and execute program events and initiatives
· Monitor and track program metrics to evaluate program effectiveness
· Continuously seek out opportunities to grow and improve the organization's programs and services
· Coordinate meetings such as board of directors and with partner organizations
· Ensure organization remains in compliance with 501c3 requirements
· Day to day activities such as development of budget and financial reports
