Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week $20.00/HR

Aspire Living and Learning is looking to hire a Program Manager in Manchester NH. Program Managers oversee the coordination and management of Direct Support Professionals and day services for individual with intellectual disabilities. The Program Manager is responsible for collaborating with the area agencies, state agencies, family members, guardians, medical and mental health providers and others in the community to make sure individuals are safe, and their particular needs are met to ensure their lives are as rich and fulfilling as possible.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Maintains strong, respectful relationships with the individuals in his/her caseload.
  • Schedules, trains, and supervises Direct Support Professionals effectively.
  • Knows the Developmental Disabilities system well and interacts effectively within it.
  • Understands the various roles of Aspire staff and works collaboratively.
  • Demonstrates excellent planning skills. Prepares well for the individualized service plan (ISP) meetings.
  • Has good, reliable follow through skills. Helps staff and providers implement the ISP.
  • Oversees the quality of residential, day, and staffed program services.
  • Oversees implementation of clinical services. Responds to significant incidents.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in the developmental disabilities system preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with technology.

A successful candidate will have a personal vehicle, proof of 100,000/300,000 liability auto insurance, and a safe driving record. Candidates must have a clean BEAS and a clean criminal record in order to attain employment with Aspire. A background check will be required for successful candidates seeking employment.
