Job Description:

The Division of Corporate and Professional Education invite applications for the following anticipated instructor vacancy for Spring 2023:

Essentials of HR Management

Dates: February 8 - March 22

Days: Wednesday

Times: 6:30 to 9:00

Danvers Campus

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Provide training in employment law, selecting qualified employees, compensation, the employee performance process, and other HR related issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create syllabus
  • Instruct students
  • Assess & grade Students regarding course competencies
  • Submit grades to Division
  • Administer evaluations.

 


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Teaching or training experience preferred.
  • Successful experience interacting with culturally diverse populations.
  • Candidates will be required to pass a CORI/SORI and/or a National background check as a condition of employment.

COVID VACCINATION REQUIREMENT:
Candidates for employment should be aware that all North Shore Community College students, faculty and staff are required to be fully vaccinated by January, 2022. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
