The Assistant Director of Student Services serves as a primary Student Services contact for specialized masters programs and plays a key role in developing, ongoing review, and implementing the strategy and goals for graduate business Student Services.
The Assistant Director works closely with the director of Student Services, the Academic Directors, and functional stakeholders to guide and support students in their academic journey from matriculation through graduation. Primary responsibilities include planning and delivering new student orientation for assigned specialized master’s programs, including international student orientation programs, providing academic advising, and managing student communication and engagement activities.
The Assistant Director of Student Services assists with the planning and executing of the annual commencement ceremony and other student events and activities; manages scheduling and registration processes for assigned specialized master’s programs; monitors academic progress and performs graduation audits; and maintains calendar, website, and portal information. They also serve as co-advisor for student associations and key liaisons with various campus and community partners.
The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time on campus but hybrid opportunities are available.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Higher Education, or similar, with 5 years of related work experience
- Ability to understand and work collaboratively with diverse individuals, including students, faculty, and staff
- Excellent organizational, planning, and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to independently prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and set goals, while maintaining the flexibility to assess and prioritize goals
- Microsoft Suite proficiency, CRM experience, and database query proficiency
- Ability to work some weekly evenings, and weekends as the position requires
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master’s degree is strongly preferred
- Experience in higher education environment and student counseling preferred
