| Position Highlights | A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in the Systems and Industrial Engineering (SIE) department at the University of Arizona. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will work on engineering education research in collaboration with Dr. Hannah Budinoff and Dr. Vignesh Subbian. Expected projects include TREASURE: translating research on asset-based pedagogy into actionable educational practice, with an emphasis on instructor professional development; and INSIGNIAS: makerspace digital badging.
