The Procurement Analyst will participate in the administration and enhancements of Jaggaer and Concur, two top tier systems widely used in Higher Ed. Job Responsibilities
- The Procurement Analyst will have primary responsibility to provide support for the procurement systems (travelND, buyND) through the Procurement Help Desk.
- Track and report campus user calls, requests and issues.
- Identify trends to assist in the development
of user documentation, training, knowledge base articles, web content and communications to campus.
- In collaboration with the Systems Team, this position may conduct training classes and provide ad-hoc training to campus users
- Support the sourcing process through data analysis, market analysis and report creation.
- Additionally, this position support of the procurement process including, but not
limited to, vendor maintenance and purchase order related requests and notifications.
- Use sound judgment to proactively communicate or escalate issues to management when applicable.
-Team player, positive attitude, and ability to handle multiple interruptions and requests effectively and efficiently is a key attribute in this role.

Minimum Qualifications
? At least 1 years job-related experience in a customer service environment.
? Excellent customer service skillsets. Ability to accurately and effectively communicate with all types of campus users (faculty, students, and staff) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner. In-depth troubleshooting skills are required.
? Ability to quickly learn, utilize and support new software applications regularly.
? Demonstrate proficiency with the MS Office Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Excellent customer service skillsets. Ability to accurately and effectively communicate with all types of campus users (faculty, students, and staff) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner. In-depth troubleshooting skills are required.
? Ability to quickly learn, utilize and support new software applications regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
-Previous experience using the University systems for e-Procurement (buyND) and travel and expense (travelND).
? 2+ years of job-related experience providing customer service in an IT support area.
