The Division Clerk provides clerical support to the dean, secretary, faculty and students as well as overseeing the day to day operations of the Science Faculty Pool and Fox pool for the division office.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of clerical experience
Knowledge of general office equipment, including reproduction equipment
Computer literacy including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong bookkeeping, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated

Essential Functions
Perform general clerical duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
Perform all functions to schedule and conduct events
Prepare PSFs and transmittals for payroll
Submit requests for general maintenance, computer issues, and van requests
Maintain equipment inventory records
Assist in the maintenance of all division files
Prepare monthly expense reports for paper charges
Oversee equipment maintenance
Keep pool organized
Maintain and order supplies for faculty and Division
Other duties as assigned
