Summary

This job requires a minimum of a Master's degree with graduate coursework in psychological assessment.  Masters degree and experience in conducting cognitive and personality assessment are preferred.

The assistant will work on a contingency basis, reviewing and supervising test administrations conducted by graduate students.    This requires checking and correcting the scoring of test protocols as well as monitoring and critiquing recorded administration of psychological test sessions.

Score objective examinations and papers at the graduate level; compute and record examination scores; counsel students concerning examinations, papers, and coursework; do research in course development. Desirable Qualifications: Graduation from a college or university with a Master's degree in a related field. Provisions of the University's collective bargaining agreement with the Graduate Employees' Organization govern the terms and conditions of employment of graduate students who are assigned academic duties such as instruction, grading and tutoring.

This is limited 4 month temporary appointment.  Hours could range from 8 to 24 in a week.
