Postdoctoral Associate - Immunology

Job Description

We are interested in understanding the molecular networks underlying T cell function in health and diseases, including autoimmunity, inflammation, and cancer, by using genetic, molecular, and biochemical approaches and mouse models. Our main interests are (1) Elucidating how TGF-beta signaling controls T cell functions (Immunity, 2021; Nature, 2017; Immunity, 2015). (2) Investigating how the function and generation of regulatory T cell (Treg) are controlled (Nature, 2021; JCI, 2020; Nature Immunology 2013; Immunity, 2011).

We are currently focusing on investigating how TGF-beta signaling controls T and Treg cell function and its implication in anti-tumor immunity, autoimmunity, inflammation, and infection. Our goal is to identify novel therapeutic targets and approaches to treat cancers and immune diseases.
