Location: Gaithersburg,MD

We are currently seeking rising undergraduate sophomore, junior and/or senior students working towards a degree in biology for a 10-12 week internship during the summer of 2023.

Objectives/Goals of the Position:

• Education and hands-on training on principles and skills in bioanalysis, clinical pharmacology and process of drug discovery.
• Support assay development and sample analysis.

Primary Duties:

• Learn, improve and perform qPCR /digital PCR assays to characterize AAV based in vivo biologics. Apply KingFisher system for automaric nucleic acid extraction from various tissues/blood.
• Data analysis and presentation.
