BU BME faculty lead and participate in several high-profile, interdisciplinary research centers, including the Cognitive Neuroimaging Center, the Neurophotonics Center, the Center for Systems Neuroscience, the Hariri Center for Computing and Computer Engineering, BUNano, the Center for Biological Design, the Precision Diagnostics Center, the Photonics Center, the Center for Multiscale and Translational Mechanobiology, and the NSF Center for Cellular Metamaterials.

Candidates must hold a PhD in an appropriate area, have postdoctoral experience, and show potential for leading an independent, vibrant, world-class research program.
