POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Night Watch staff ensures our students are safe and sound as they sleep, getting ready for another day of school, therapy, and continual improvement. Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., you monitor them to ensure that the students are safe and well cared for.

Student safety and security is maintained through visual bed checks and the coordination of student needs with Night Watch Supervisors.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide accurate documentation on paperwork and remain awake and alert while on duty.
• This position requires sitting for long periods.
• Follow the Program Structure and to uphold the rules of the program.
• Attend necessary training
• Responsible for other duties as assigned.
• This is a good position for those with facility security, security officer or security Associate experience.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally able to work in the USA and no time-limited VISA
• High school diploma or GED Preferred
• Background Screening Clearance
• Drug Screening
• TB Screening, mandatory
• Prior experience in residential treatment setting preferred.

WAGES AND BENEFITS:
