Job Summary


 

Department Specific Responsibilities

  • Creates, curates, and maintains photo and video collections produced by Kelley marketing staff and vendors using digital asset management system.
  • Serves as the point of contact for internal and external image requests including selecting, retrieving, and delivering content that effectively conveys the Kelley brand story.
  • Enters and maintains a unique metadata system similar to library cataloguing systems, requiring a firm grasp of information systems and hierarchies.
  • Manages photo collections for web publishing and marketing campaigns.
  • Learns and applies knowledge on how digital asset management system can be utilized to improve user experience for both internal and external users.

Qualifications


 

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, library science, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 1 year of related work experience
  • Experience with metadata and methods for organizing and storing information.

SKILLS

Required

Excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong ability to select high-quality photos/video to tell a story.
  • Ability to work independently and follow defined processes.
  • Basic understanding of media formats.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn to work with new technologies.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital archiving/keywording as well as digital asset management systems.
  • Customer service experience.

Work Hours


 

This position will work up to 29 hours per week during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
