What We Seek:
The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking a talented individual to provide high-level administrative support to the two Vice Presidents of Development. The successful candidate will be the primary person overseeing the scheduling and administrative work that is necessary to support the leadership positions. This person will research, prioritize, and follow up on multiple issues and concerns pertaining to the activities of the Vice Presidents, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature. This selected candidate will also work on special projects, arrange travel, and help coordinate events.

What We Require: *
We need talent with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and who has the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community; proficient in MS Office products and knowledge of office management principles and procedures, budget preparation, fiscal management, and staff hiring procedures; skilled in information research, analysis, evaluation, and project management and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues; ability to train and supervise employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

What *We Prefer:
We require a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution and at least five years of directly related experience.

Compensation Salary Range*
$45,000 - $51,000
