Class Description

The purpose of this class is to perform professional administrative duties, develop and implement functional processes within the Health and Human Services Department.  
 

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience working with adjunct faculty or program development/program management. Recognized credentials/certifications in related program preferred.  Daytime availability required.
 

Class Specific Essential Duties

 

  1. Plan, schedule, and coordinate the College’s Health and Human Services classes.
  2. Recommend, and develop new courses and course series (including meeting accreditation and/or certification standards). 
  3. Assist in the recruitment, selection, training and supervision of adjunct faculty and instructors. 
  4. Manage program expenses efficiently and economically
  5. Identify access and analyze program data in the college’s enterprise system
  6. Provide superior customer service and solution to problems for agencies, students and adjunct faculty.
  7. Develop and maintain partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.
