Easterseals Washington is a non-profit organization focused on changing the way the world defines and views disabilities by making profound, positive differences in people's lives every day. We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant (Temp) at our Angle Lake, SeaTac childcare development center
Your Role: As an Admininstrative Assistant you'll be responsible for performing a variety of support services for the program including interacting with customers in person and via phone/email, operating office equipment, creating and processing documents and other office duties as required.
Skills and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, AA in Business Admin, Accounting or related field preferred
- Relevant experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to work independently
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, English language proficiency must
- Adequate skills in MS Office applications, ready to learn/use Paylocity, ProCare
- Personable, professional demeanor and respects boundaries
- Available to start soon
Job Type: FT Temporary for 4-6 months
Work Hours: Flexible between 6:30am to 6pm
